Jose A. Reyes,
President & CEO
Jose is the principal owner, President & Chief
Executive Officer of Prism Solutions, a full service management and
technical services consulting firm. As President & CEO, Jose is responsible
for the overall direction of the company, including operational management,
service deployment strategy, and business development.
In 2003, Jose was
recognized by members of Congress as one of Michigan's outstanding business
leaders and honorable chair of the Business Development Task Force.
Jose attended the
University of Detroit Law School. In addition, he is a graduate of the
University of Michigan, where he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s
degree specializing in Business and Organizational Sociology, Corporate
Change, and Human Service Management.
Throughout his career, Jose
has been involved in the industries of Healthcare, Human Services Management
and Information Technology services. Jose has worked at the nexus of
education, business, government, healthcare and technology.

Prior to founding Prism
Solutions, Jose served as the Chief Information Officer for the
Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency; one of the largest public sector healthcare
systems in the nation with more than 400,000 eligible members and an annual
operating budget of 600 million dollars.
Jose has been highly

In 1995, Jose served as
the senior program evaluator for the UAW-GM EDC Program, a 14 million
dollar, multi-year labor education project; sponsored by the United Auto
Workers Union and General Motors.
In the late 1980s, Jose served as assistant to the Vice
Provost
for Minority Affairs at the U of M to develop
recruitment/retention and outreach programs, as well as an associate
researcher for the Institute of Survey Research (ISR).
